AIED 2007 - Where are the papers?

I really really want to read some of the papers from AIED 2007, but sadly none are available on the website. I can’t think of any valid reason not to allow downloads in the year 2000, let alone 2007. AIED 2003 had the proceedings online. It just makes no sense.
